Donor

  • GENERAL
    1. Personal Data, as defined by the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (No. 26 of 2013), provided on CHATrity.sg by User shall be subject to the CHATRITY PTE LTD Privacy Policy.
    2. CHATRITY PTE LTD reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to vary the above terms from time to time and all changes will be posted on this page.
    3. Use and/or continued use of CHATrity.sg constitutes agreement by the user to be bound by the terms and conditions, which may change from time to time. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use CHATrity.sg.
  • DONATIONS
    1. There is a minimum donation amount of SGD2 and all donations shall be in whole dollars (no cents).
    2. Donation transactions must be made using the means specified by CHATrity.sg.
    3. Donations made to a specified charity will be for that charity only and there shall be no substitution of donations between charities.
    4. All donations are non-refundable. Donations to a fundraising campaign will be disbursed to the relevant beneficiary charity regardless of whether the campaign has met, failed to meet or exceeded its fundraising target.
    5. CHATRITY PTE LTD does not warrant that donations will be used for any particular purpose and shall not be responsible for any misuse or non-use of the funds by charities. After donations are made on CHATrity.sg, all further dealings are solely between the donor and the charity. Donors should therefore direct any queries they may have on the use of donations to the relevant charity.
